6. Lost or Stolen Packages

TrimVera Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues outside our control.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellations may no longer be possible.
